Name: Carlton K. Council

Age: 45

Height: 5 feet 9 inches

Weight: 170 pounds

Eyes: Brown

Hair: Black

Charge: Parole violation.

Anyone with information on this suspect should call at (330) 533-2017. Callers do not have to identify themselves. Cash rewards will be given to anyone with information leading to an arrest.
