Lawsuit dropped

LOS ANGELES

A lawsuit filed by a former TMZ photographer who accused Woody Harrelson of attacking him has been dismissed. Filings in Los Angeles Superior Court state Harrelson and the photographer, Josh Levine, reached a settlement this month. Levine sued Harrelson in June 2008, after an incident in Hollywood in 2006.
