Chapter CE of PEO Sisterhood will have a luncheon meeting at noon Wednesday at A La Cart in Canfield. A Founder’s Day program will be presented by Virginia Gaskeen and Barb Jaster, who will also serve as hostesses.

Hubbard Fortnightly IV will meet at 8 p.m. Thursday at the home of Pat Morell with Shirley Baldine as co-hostess. There will a program on teaching Chinese language in elementary schools.

Ohio Cultural Alliance will meet at 6 p.m. May 3 at Mount Carmel Church Social Center, 343 Via Mount Carmel, for a catered meal. The speaker will be Atty. Carl Nunziato, Vietnam War veteran, and music will be by Dr. Francois Fowler and Kathryn T. Umble, faculty members at Youngstown State University. The cost is $13 for paid-up members and $18 for non-paid members. Those attending are asked to take nonperishable foods or personal items for Gleaner Food Bank. Reservations are due by April 28. Warren Women’s Connection will have an “Heirlooms” luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. May 10 at DiLucia’s Banquet Room, 2610 Elm Road N.E., Warren.
