April 2

Warrant: Police arrested Barbara L. Jones, 47, 816 E. Philadelphia Ave., Youngstown on a warrant out of Mahoning County Sheriff’s Office for an unspecified charge.

April 4

Warrant: Police arrested Scott C. Harker, 24, 5616 Youngstown-Warren Road, on a warrant on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and then transported him to a Trumbull County Deputy on an active, unspecified Trumbull County warrant.

April 5

Theft: Used cooking grease was reported missing from an outside grease storage container behind Arby’s, 13 Talisman Drive. The restaurant is reimbursed for the old grease by a disposal company which picks it up, and the container was found to be half full on Thursday and empty on Friday, but the collection company had not come to get it.

Drug paraphernalia: Police arrested Michael P. Pedro, 32, 1322 N. Palmyra Rd., North Jackson on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia on U.S. Route 224 after finding a metal smoke pipe with burnt marijuana residue in it.
