Bill Kerins, the division president of Wheatland Tube Co., has taken on a new position as senior vice president of human resources and government relations at John Maneely Co., Wheatland Tube’s parent company.
The move is part of a corporate reorganization of the John Maneely Co., Kerins said.
“We are making sure the right people are in the right positions,” Kerins said. “We’ve streamlined the business.”
In his new position, Kerins will have corporate responsibilities for all Wheatland Tube locations, as well as for all locations of Atlas Tube and Picoma Industries, additional subsidiaries of the John Maneely Co.
Tim Feeney has been promoted to general manager of operations. Feeney was the general manager of operations for Wheatland Tube Co.’s locations in Warren, Sharon, Pa., and Wheatland, Pa.
“Day-to-day operations at the Warren plant will not change,” Kerins said. “The plant manager, Tim Anderson, will still answer to Tim Feeney, who will be the general manager for all Wheatland locations.”
Feeney’s new responsibilities will include operations at Wheatland Chicago and the former Sharon Tube plants in Sharon and Wheatland, as well as the Picoma Industries plant in Cambridge, Ohio.
