Man charged in Cleveland parking lot shooting
CLEVELAND (AP) — Cleveland police have charged a man accused of fatally shooting a parking lot attendant who refused to let him park in a handicap space without a sticker.
The aggravated murder charge was filed Monday against 25-year-old Matthew Warmus of Uniontown.
Authorities say Warmus shot 27-year-old parking lot attendant David Williams on Friday night before a Cleveland Cavaliers game.
Warmus faced a court hearing today.
