REBATES FOR CONSUMERS If passed by Congress, the Home Star Energy Retrofit Act would provide up to $3,000 to individuals who make any of the following Silver Star energy-saving retrofits:*

Air sealing

Floor insulation

Wall insulation

Heating and cooling equipment

Windows and doors

Duct sealing and replacement

*Customers can get up to $1,500 per measure. The act’s Gold Star Program would give up to an additional $3,000 for conducting a home-energy assessment and making retrofits.
