Adoption open house

WARREN

Trumbull County Children Services will host a foster and adoption open house 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Monday at the Warren Public Library, 444 Mahoning Ave.

The event is to raise awareness of the need for foster and adoptive families for children. There will be a photo display of children in need of permanent families. Agency representatives will be there to provide information.

The event is free and open to the public.

Praise God in the Quad event planned

ALLIANCE

Pittsburgh Steelers punter Daniel Sepulveda will speak at a Praise God in the Quad event Wednesday that begins at 4:30 p.m. at Mount Union College.

Campus Crusade for Christ and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes is hosting the event, which includes worship music, speakers and food. Mount Union students also will share stories about their faith and how God has shaped their lives.

Sepulveda is expected to speak about 6:25 p.m.

The event is free and open to the public.
