Suspect in cycle crash surrenders
YOUNGSTOWN
Sereice Harris, 27, of Youngstown turned herself in to Youngstown police Friday after investigators released a surveillance video of an accident that injured two people.
Police believe Harris was driving a car on Mahoning Avenue last Sunday that pulled out in front of a motorcycle.
John Creps, 38, of Austintown was driving a motorcycle with a passenger, Jacquelyn Massaro, 29, of Youngstown. Creps had scrapes and bruises, but Massaro was taken to St. Elizabeth Health Center, where she is still recovering after being induced into a medical coma.
