Road restrictions begin Monday for Campbell street

CAMPBELL — Beginning Monday, motorists may encounter occasional lane restrictions on 12th Street between Robinson and Coitsville roads.

A $400,000 investment of 100 percent federal stimulus funds is for resurfacing.

The Ohio Department of Transportation’s contractor for the project is Shelly & Sands Inc., Zanesville. The project is scheduled to be complete by June 30.

Motorists will notice new signs at the construction site, announcing “Putting America to Work: Project Funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.”

Similar orange-and-green signs will be erected when work begins at stimulus-funded projects across Ohio.
