Theft: A woman was scammed by men dressed in construction gear and with heavy equipment who put gravel at the end of her drive and charged her $3,300 for the work at a home in the 1000 bock of S. Canfield-Niles Road.
Fraud: An unauthorized charge was made on a debit card at a home in the 1000 block of Bexley Drive.
Criminal damaging: Vehicle windows were broken in the parking lot of the 1000 block of Compass West Drive.
Burglary: Furniture was taken from a home in the 300 block of Forest Hill Drive. There was no sign of forced entry.
March 25
Warrant: Police arrested Samantha J. Ward,25, 4207 Pembrook Road, on a warrant on a charge for permitting her residence to be used for a felony drug offense — the illegal manufacture of drugs.
Warrant: Police arrested Dennis Welsh, 53, 610 Leadville Road, Youngstown, on a warrant on a charge of failure to appear on a larceny charge.
Misuse of credit card: Unauthorized charges were made on a credit card totaling $697 at Giant Eagle and Home Depot.
Warrant: Police arrested Lindsay Estes, 23, 6619 Katahdin Drive, Poland on a warrant on a charge of complicity to commit theft.
March 26
Criminal damaging: A vehicle was damaged in the parking lot of the 1000 block of Compass West apartments.
Theft: $35.90 in fuel was stolen from Country Fair, 1143 N. Niles-Canfield Rd.
Burglary: The door on an attached garage was forced open at a home in the 3000 block of Allendale Ave.
Criminal trespassing: Sophie L. Stefek, 36, 1600 McMyler St., Warren was arrested for criminal trespassing at the TA Travel Center, 5400 Seventy-Six Drive.
Theft: $30 in gasoline was stolen at Country Fair, 1143 N. Canfield-Niles Road.
March 27
Assault: A woman was a victim of assault at Salvatores, 4831 Mahoning Ave.
Warrant: Brandon J. McGann, 22, 3399 Olian Ave., Warren was arrested on a warrant on a charge of complicity to theft.
Telecommunications harassment: A man is accused of harassing two women at a home in the 300 block of N. Edgehill Ave.
Theft: A purse and contents were stolen from an auto at Pilot Oil, 1150 N. Canfield-Niles Road.
March 28
Criminal damaging: A window and a television were damaged at a home in the 20 block of N. Wickliffe Circle.
Theft: A GPS, camera and cash were stolen from a vehicle at the Comfort Inn, 5425 Clarkins Drive. The vehicle door and trunk were forced open.
Criminal damaging: The tailgate of a vehicle was scratched in the parking lot of apartments in the 4000 block of Deercreek Court.
Menacing: A man was a victim of menacing at a home in the 700 block of Oberlin Place.
Recovered property: A debit card was recovered at Huntington Bank, 6010 Mahoning Ave.
Disorderly conduct: Billie J. Schweikart,30, 987 Compass West was issued a summons for disorderly conduct at apartments in the 900 block of Compass West.
Theft: A debit card was stolen at Pilot Oil, 1150 N. Niles-Canfield Road.
March 29
Warrant: Police arrested Joanne Jones, 73, of 4227 Stark Drive, on a warrant on a charge of obstructing justice.
Theft: Miscellaneous pieces of automotive scrap were stolen from the Used Car Connection, 5202 Mahoning Ave.
Passing bad checks: Bad checks totaling more than $7,400 were passed at Verizon Wireless, 4774 Mahoning Ave.
Menacing: A 16-year-old female was threatened by another female at Wal-Mart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.
Breaking and entering: Copper pipe was stolen from a vacant home in the 100 block of Westminster Avenue.
March 30
Bench warrant: Police arrested Samuel Johntony, 20, of 138 Millet Ave., Youngstown, on a warrant for parole violation on an original charge of receiving stolen property at Mahoning Avenue and Meridian Road.
Warrant: Police arrested Frank W. Prusky Jr., 42, of 427 E. Main St., Cortland, on a warrant for failure to appear on a traffic charge.
Fraud: Unauthorized charges were made over the Internet at a home in the 500 block of Westgate Boulevard.
Theft: A rear license plate was stolen from a vehicle at a home in the 200 block of South Main Street and later recovered by the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
Menacing: A man is a suspect in menacing at an apartment in the 4000 block of Westchester Drive.
March 31
Breaking and entering: An east door was forced open, and three vehicles and handguns were taken at Karmax, 1209 S. Raccoon Road.
Theft: Medication was taken from a purse at the Skate Zone, 5420 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: A total of $257 was stolen from an auto at a home in the 2000 block of South Raccoon Road.
Warrant: Police arrested Sheldon L. Robinson, 35, of Toronto, Ohio, on warrants on charges of identity fraud and theft at Interstates 80 and 76.
Telecommunications harassment: 40 phone calls were made to a home in the 3000 block of Cannon Road.
Menacing: An ex-employee is a suspect in menacing at Expand Your Wings Daycare No. 5, 132 Westchester Drive.
Liquor violation: Police issued a summons to Abdulraof A. Yassine, 31, of 4823 Westchester Drive, Apt. 10, on a charge of sale of liquor to a minor at the Pit-Stop, 1744 S. Raccoon Road.
Liquor violation: Police issued a summons on a charge of sale of liquor to a minor to Adam Saleh, 26, of 3733 Indian Run Road, Canfield, at Raccoon Beer and Wine, 3120 S. Raccoon Road.

Warrant: Police issued a warrant for Krystal L. Vinion, 29, of 936 Plazaview Court, Youngstown, on a charge of failure to appear on a burglary charge.
Noise complaint: Police responded to a noise complaint of a large, loud party at a home in the 5000 block of Willowcrest Drive.
April 2
Warrant: Police arrested Latora J. Dawson, 23, of 127 Wesley Ave., Youngstown, on a warrant charging assault.
Curfew violation: Six male juveniles were arrested on curfew violations on Nottingham Avenue.
Auto theft: A 1998 Chevrolet Monte Carlo was stolen at a home in the 1000 block of Paisley Street.
Fraud: An attempt was made to access a debit card at a home in the 200 block of South Yorkshire Boulevard.
Menacing: A Pittsburgh woman is accused of menacing at a home in the 4000 block of Norquest Boulevard.
Menacing: A juvenile girl is accused of menacing at a home in the 100 block of Country Green Drive.
Theft: Jewelry was stolen from a home in the 3000 block of Brandomyne Avenue.
Fraud: Unauthorized charges were made to an account at a home in the 4000 block of Westchester Drive.
Misuse of credit card: A credit card was either lost or stolen from a woman in the 3000 block of Canfield-Niles Road and used in transactions at unidentified locations.
April 3
Recovered property: A bicycle was recovered at Veterans Park, South Wickliffe Circle.
Theft: Police arrested three people in the theft of $7.95 in candy bars and other charges at Sheetz gas station,5499 Mahoning Ave., and issued them summonses. Alexis Bonamase, 21, of 513 Wilcox Road, Austintown, was charged with theft; Dominique Bonamase, 19, of 7448 Drury Lane, Canfield, was charged with complicity to theft; and Stephen Jones, 21, of 6731 Tippecanoe Road, Canfield, was charged with complicity to theft and possession of drugs, including Ecstacy and OxyContin.
Disorderly conduct: Police issued a summons to Shawn M. Hudson, 38, of 987 Compass West Drive, Austintown, on a charge of disorderly conduct in the 1000 block of South Raccoon Road.
Assault: A man was assaulted at the Go-Go Cabaret, 5455 Clarkins Drive.
Drug offense: Police charged Brent Coleman, 23, of 2927 Niles-Carver Road, Niles, with possession of drug paraphernalia, including a syringe and the bottom of a pop can, and possession of heroin after making the arrest at Mahoning Avenue and Meridian Road.
Criminal damaging: Someone used a key to damage a vehicle’s fender at Kmart, 4475 Mahoning Ave.
Criminal damage: A tire was slashed on a vehicle at a home in the 2000 block of North Main Street.
Criminal damaging: Vandals damaged a vehicle and portions of a home in the 4000 block of Webb Road.
Drug offense: Police charged Scott Harker, 24, of 4022 Evaline St., Warren, with drug abuse for possession of OxyContin after an arrest at South Raccoon and Burkey roads.
Breaking and entering: Numerous items were taken from a home in the 1000 block of South Main Street.
March 4
Menacing: A woman was threatened by a man at a home in the 20 block of North Four Mile Run Road.
Breaking and entering: Davis Elementary School, 4302 Maple Ave., was broken into.
Menacing: A man was threatened by his son at a home in the 6000 block of Meander Run.
Drug offense: Police issued a summons to Brenda Kaczmark, 48, of 1182 Church Hill-Hubbard Road, Liberty, on a charge of possession of suspected marijuana after her arrest at Meridian Road and Oakwood Avenue.
