Doctor speaks on diabetic foot care Wednesday

COLUMBIANA — Dr. Joseph J. Francisco Jr. will speak on “Everything You Always Wanted To Know About Diabetic Foot Care But Were Afraid To Ask” at an event Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Das Dutch Haus Restaurant, 150 E. state Route 14.
