Nursing scholarship is presented

The Vindicator: The first Hannah E. Mullins School of Practical Nursing Alumni Nursing Scholarship Award was presented during a graduation ceremony that took place at 8 p.m. Feb. 25 at Kent State City Building, 230 N. Lincoln Ave., Salem. Mindy Steer, a graduate of the school, at left, had the honor of presenting the award to Jenn Black, a senior at the school.
