Melissa Christina Johnson, daughter of Christopher and Mary Kaye Johnson of Canfield, and Robert Malvin Beadle, son of William and Madeleine Beadle Sr. of Warren, were married at 2 p.m. Oct. 3, 2009, in St. Patrick Church. The Rev. Edward Noga officiated.
After a honeymoon in Montego Bay, Jamaica, they live in Berea.
The bride wore an off-white empire-waisted gown adorned with Swarovski crystals, and a beaded bolero jacket.
Fuchsia gowns were worn by Dr. Michele Johnson, the honor attendant, and bridesmaids Amanda Johnson, Nicole Brookhart, Lori Bertilacci, Kristeen Pecchia and Jessica Reed, and junior bridesmaids Claire and Abigail Beadle. White gowns were worn by flower girls Aubrey, Madeleine and Raenah Beadle and CeCe and Lilly Economus.
Jeffrey Beadle was best man, and groomsmen were William Beadle Jr., Dave Beadle, Chelsey Santucci, Lucas Pecchia and Bob Reed. Junior groomsman was Gabriel Beadle.
The bride earned bachelor’s degrees in business administration and psychology from Youngstown State University, and a master’s in business administration from Capella University. She is employed by the American Red Cross of Greater Cleveland as the program manager of the nurse assistant training program in Cleveland.
The groom is a licensed social worker after graduating from YSU with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. He is employed by Berea Children’s Home and Family Services as program manager of the Lake County W.O.R.K. program in Berea.
