Reservations to be made online for Boardman park facilities

Beginning Monday, people will be able to make reservations for township park facilities online.

People can make reservations and pay for them online by going to the park Web site, www.boardmanpark.com and clicking on reservations.

Follow the prompts to be guided to make reservations and payment. The online payment system accepts all major credit cards.

The Web site offers information about available facilities, rates and rental times.

Reservations still may be made by phone or in person at the park office, but the office accepts payments made only with cash, check or money order.

With the increase in rental demands for park facilities and the fact the park is booking reservations for 2011, park officials suggest that people make reservations early.
