Pasquale honored as Woman of the Year

Sharon Pasquale has been named the 2010 Woman of the Year by the American Business Women’s Association Tri-Gold Prime Time Chapter.

She has been a member of ABWA for 15 years and is currently the chapter’s president. She has also served two full terms as treasurer and chaired Ways and Means many times on numerous committees.

She was instrumental in starting the annual holiday nut and candy sale which is one of the chapter’s fundraisers for the scholarships.

She has attended the National and Regional ABWA conferences. She was a model for the ABWA yearly fashion show.

She retired from the Mahoning County Human Resources Department to spend time with her grandchildren and play golf. She is active in her church.

She is a breast cancer survivor and despite dealing with loss of her husband, her mother and her sister’s stroke all in a short span of time, she still continued to serve the chapter.
