Mahoning County grand jury indicts 4 on sex-crime charges

A Mahoning County grand jury handed up indictments against four people on sex-crime charges, including violations involving children.
Robert L. Brooks, 47, of Chambers Street, Campbell, was indicted Wednesday on two counts of rape, gross sexual imposition and disseminating matter harmful to juveniles.
According to the indictment, Brooks engaged in sexual activity with a 12-year-old girl in 2007 and again between 2009 and 2010.
Brooks, according to the indictment, also is accused of furnishing material considered harmful to the juvenile.
Eric Camlin, 27, of Tremble Avenue, Campbell, was indicted on charges of rape and two counts of gross sexual imposition. He is charged with engaging in sexual conduct with a 5-year-old child in 2009. The sexual-imposition charges stem from reported sexual conduct with the 5-year-old and a 1-year-old child as well.
Dennis Kriebel, 48, Oak Street, Coitsville, was indicted on a charge of rape. According to the indictment, he forced a woman into sexual conduct in August 2008.
Jeffrey Christy, 31, Salt Springs Road, Niles, was indicted on charges of gross sexual imposition, two counts of menacing by stalking and public indecency. Police accused him of forced sexual activity with one woman and then stalking the woman and a second woman.
The grand jury also indicted these people:
Raul Irizarry, 54, Bruce Street, breaking and entering, and possession of criminal tools.
Gerardo Cruz, 39, Cameron Avenue, breaking and entering, and possession of criminal tools.
Tyrone Hayden, 29, Lemans Drive, failure to comply with the order of a police officer.
Anthony Kaczmark, 30, Steel Street, trafficking in cocaine, trafficking in marijuana, possession of heroin and possession of cocaine.
Jessica Vinion, 30, Steel Street, trafficking in cocaine, trafficking in marijuana, possession of heroin and possession of cocaine.
Marquis Bebbs, 24, West Ravenwood Avenue, possession of cocaine.
Gregory Weidner, 23, Whipple Avenue, illegal possession of a weapon, failure to comply with the order of a police officer and improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle.
KâShaun I. Weaver, 18, Ravenwood Avenue, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle.
Michael Ratliff, 28, Baker Street, illegal possession of a weapon and improperly handling a weapon in a motor vehicle.
Courtney Mickler, 30, Schenley Avenue, bribery.
David Rowbotham, 33, Schenley Avenue, bribery.
Brandon Owens, 25, Lexington Street, trafficking in marijuana.
Tomas Andujar III, 24, North Bruce Street, aggravated vehicular assault.
Starlene Wallace, 49, Parkwood Avenue, domestic violence.
Marilyn Sinkovich, 49, Brandon Avenue, deception to obtain dangerous drugs, theft of drugs.
John Sinkovich, 27, Brandon Avenue, deception to obtain dangerous drugs, theft of drugs.
