The engagement and wedding plans of Lori A. Graham and Kevin Scott Lemasters, both of 1692 Stonehenge Ave. N.E., is being announced by the future bride’s father, Wayne E. Graham, 1505 Ogden Ave. N.W.

Miss Graham, also the daughter of the late Beth A. Lego, works in the department of community development for the city of Warren.

Her fianc , son of Richard Sr. and Evelyn Lemasters of 4156 Selkirk Bush Road, Newton Falls, is a CNC programmer at Custom Materials Inc. in Chagrin Falls.

The invitation-only wedding ceremony will take place in May on the beach at the Rendezvous Resort in St. Lucia.
