GARDEN CLUBS | This week's meetings announced

WEDNESDAY

• St. Michael Garden Guild will meet at 7 p.m. at the parish center with Marge Yerman presiding. Karen Holby will present a program on “Meditation.” Hostesses will be Mary Kay Amodio and Doe Gallagher. Guests are welcome.

THURSDAY

• Sweetbriar will meet at 7 p.m. for a program on Salt Box Gallery Herbs, with Beverly Sharnek as hostess. Speaking on Haunted Herbs of Halloween will be Marian Sebastiano.

The workshop will feature a herbal door hanging.

• Garden club events are published Sunday. The deadline is noon Thursday.
