“Community Connection” (6:30 a.m., WFMJ Channel 21; rebroadcast at 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday on Time Warner Cable community access channel): The Art Outreach Gallery, Eastwood Mall, Niles, will have the F.I.R.S.T.
