State bar president to speak in Youngstown

YOUNGSTOWN — Atty. Barbara Howard, president of the Ohio State Bar Association, will address the annual OSBA District 13 luncheon concerning current issues facing lawyers at noon Sept. 30 at the Youngstown Club, 201 E. Commerce St. Attys. David C. Comstock of Poland and Lawrence W. Stacey of Columbiana will be honored for 50 years as lawyers and E. Donna Cherrill of Youngstown will be honored for 65 years as a lawyer. A two-hour continuing legal education seminar will follow the luncheon.
