Chamber of Commerce announces events

HUBBARD — Hubbard Area Chamber of Commerce is announcing its newest member is Nancy Nadeja of 1st Choice Realty Group.

Also announced is an open house from 5 to 8 p.m. Oct. 7 in celebration of the restoration of Tylee Park and the remodeling of Eagle Joint Fire Station, where demonstrations will be presented by volunteer firemen. Guests will have an opportunity to meet artist Charles Hughes of C&C Ironworks, who made the Tylee Park Arch and the Armillary.

There will be music in the gazebo, games, hot dogs, apple cider and other refreshments.
