Name: Richard G. Kuntzman

Age: 51

Height: 5 feet 7 inches

Weight: 180 pounds

Eyes: Blue

Hair: Brown

Charge: Sex offender who failed to verify his residence and register his address.

Anyone with information on this suspect should call (866) 4-WANTED. Callers do not have to identify themselves. Cash rewards will be given to anyone with information leading to an arrest.
