YOUNGSTOWN — Dominique Jenkins made 12 kills and three blocks for the Irish (2-6). Shamia Harrison scored 17 points while Kristin Kay had 10 points and 16 kills. Krista Patrick scored 14 points while Aurielle Irizarry made 12 kills. For the Bears (4-6), Staci Medved made 31 digs while Samantha Glasser had 15 points and 16 assists. Lauren Ketterman had three aces and five blocks while Lyndsey Simms made seven kills.

Leetonia 25-26, St. Thomas Aquinas 14-24

YOUNGSTOWN — Nina Aratari had 11 digs and four points while Glasser had six assists. Clarissa Perkins made five kills and three blocks. For Aquinas, Diana Frank made 12 kills and six digs while Kristen Hill had 11 points, six digs and four aces. Callahan Dempsey made two blocks and 18 assists.
