Abrams-Ughiovhe engagement is being announced

Gina Nicole Abrams, 4317 57th Ave., Bladensburg, Md., Apt. 9, and Kenrimu O. Ughiovhe, 414 Oneida Place, Washington, D.C., are announcing their engagement.

Parents of the bride-elect are Sandra Abrams, 1445 Hillcrest Ave., Youngstown, and Matthew Abrams of Wardle Ave., Youngstown. The future groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Dirisu Ughiovhe of Washington.

Miss Abrams is a kindergarten teacher with Dodge Park Elementary School in Landover, Md. She graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in education PreK-3.

Mr. Ughiovhe, an emergency medical technician with Lifestar Response in Washington, is pursuing a degree in nursing at the University of District of Columbia in Washington.

Invitations will be issued for their July 2010 wedding at Phillips Chapel CME Church in Youngstown.
