Candidate withdraws

JACKSON — Jackson-Milton school board member Susan Karash will not seek re-election in November.

Karash, of Ellsworth Road, informed the Mahoning County Board of Elections on Thursday that she is withdrawing her candidacy.

That leaves three candidates for the three seats up for grabs in the November election.

The remaining three candidates are: Mitch Mascioli of New Road, Todd B. Carpenter of Milton-Newton Road and Ken Maskarinec of Silicia Road.
