BOARDMAN — Kristin L. Meeker and Jason M. Cooper were united in marriage on June 5 at St. James Meeting House in Boardman Township Park.

The Rev. Shawn Peura officiated at the ceremony, and the couple accepted congratulations during a reception at Mahoning Country Club in Girard.

The bride is a daughter of James and Cathy Meeker of Warner Robins, Ga., and the late Patricia Meeker. Parents of the groom are Kathleen Cooper and Thomas Supko of McDonald, and Kevin and Linda Cooper of Cape Coral, Fla.

Tiffany DiRubba attended the bride as matron of honor, and bridesmaids were Christy Pappas and Pamela DeBartolo. Flower girl was Jenna O’Neil.

The duties of best man were performed by Dominic DiRubba, and serving as groomsmen were Kevin O’Neil and Ryan DeGaten. Ring bearers were Zachary Hofstettler and Patrick O’Neil.

The bride is employed by WRP Investments Inc. of Youngstown as assistant operations director, and is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance from Mountain State University.

The groom graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in education and is a teacher with Life Skills Center of Youngstown.

After a honeymoon in Negril, Jamaica, the Coopers live in Girard.
