Simon-Fedor rite will take place at historical church

POLAND — Jennifer Simon and Gregory Fedor, both of 76 Venloe Drive, Poland, and their parents are announcing the couple’s engagement and plans to marry.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Kenneth and Mary Ann Simon, 552 Southward Drive, Austintown, and the prospective groom is the son of Lawrence Fedor of New Middletown and Wendy Fedor of Lake Milton.

The couple have planned their wedding for 2:30 p.m. Oct. 10 by invitation at the Canfield Fairgrounds church in Western Reserve Village. A reception, also by invitation, will follow that evening at the Avalon Inn Grand Pavilion, Howland, which overlooks the golf course.

Miss Simon attends the University of Akron School of Law, pursuing a juris doctor degree. She earned a master’s degree in criminal justice with a focus on legal research from Youngstown State University, where she also earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. She is employed as a paralegal in the Mahoning County Prosecutor’s Office in Youngstown and owns Youngstown Mechanics, LLC.

Mr. Fedor, a master mechanic, operates Youngstown Mechanics, LLC.
