Name: Earl R. Collins

Age: 46

Height: 5 feet 11 inches

Weight: 180 pounds

Eyes: Brown

Hair: Brown

Charge: Rape of a minor less than 13.

Anyone with information on this suspect should call (866) 4-WANTED. Callers do not have to identify themselves. Cash rewards will be given to anyone with information leading to an arrest.
