Gelsomino-Carney engagement told, wedding planned

The engagement and upcoming marriage of Shawna M. Gelsomino and Michael E. Carney, both of 7051 West Blvd., Boardman, are being announced.

The bride-to-be is a daughter of Rocco J. Gelsomino of Girard and the late Donna Jean Gelsomino. Her guardians were Mary E. Greathouse and the late Raymond W. Greathouse.

The future groom is a son of William Carney of Youngstown and the late Faye Carney.

Miss Gelsomino and Mr. Carney are employed by Beeghly Oaks Nursing Home/Vrable Healthcare Companies.

St. Michael Church in Canfield has been chosen by the couple for their 1:30 p.m. Nov. 21 wedding. An invitation-only reception will be that evening at Mr. Anthony’s in Boardman.
