Seniors are invited to social at center

YOUNGSTOWN — A senior social will be sponsored by Associated Neighborhood Centers from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday at McGuffey Centre, 1649 Jacobs Road.

The activities will include a senior fashion show, refreshments, bingo and prizes. The donation is $5, and reservations are required by today by calling (330) 744-4377. Seniors 60 or older can call for transportation.

Church to sponsor annual flea market

WARREN — Central Christian Church, 2051 E. Market St., will have an annual flea market from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday in the parking lot. There will be a wide variety of household items, antiques, and collectibles. Howland Alzheimer Support Group will sell handmade items and will raffle a quilt. Lunch of homemade soup, desserts and beverages will be available, and baked goods will be sold. Struthers Class of 1954 meeting plans changed

STRUTHERS — Struthers High School Class of 1954 will not meet for breakfast on Saturday. Instead the 55th class reunion will be Friday at Oakview Catering Hall, and a lunch will be Saturday at Reserve Run Golf Course.
