Irish tie Rockets, 1-1

YOUNGSTOWN — Ursuline High soccer player Kevin Kablan scored in the first 10 minutes of the second half to left the Irish (0-1-2) into a 1-1 tie with Maplewood on Saturday.

Setting up the goal was Robert Marsch.

Maplewood’s Brian Stayer scored on a penalty kick in the first 13 minutes of the first half to give the Rockets (2-2-1) the only lead.
