Parents announce Mortimer-Kohl wedding plans

The engagement and upcoming marriage of Lynn A. Mortimer and Christopher R. Kohl, both of 8999 Hamburg Road, Frederick, Md., are being announced by their parents, Keith and JoAnn Mortimer, 3032 Tompkins Road, Medina, and Christopher and Margaret Kohl, 759 Fifth St., Struthers.

The couple’s open wedding will be at 2 p.m. Oct. 17 at St. Nicholas Church in Struthers. Invitations will be extended for their late afternoon reception at the Butler Institute of American Art, Youngstown.

Miss Mortimer graduated from Mount Union College in Alliance with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She is a branch administrator with The Brickman Group in Clarksburg, Md.

Mr. Kohl, an operations manager with The Brickman Group in Frederick, earned a bachelor’s degree in sport management from Mount Union College.
