Jewish/Christian Studies announce programs

LIBERTY — Jewish/Christian Studies North and South have announced programs.

The North program will be “Marriage and Life — Family,” the role of marriage in the Jewish, Christian and Islamic traditions. The program starts Wednesday at Temple El Emeth, 3970 Logan Way. Dates for future sessions will be decided at this meeting. Participants gather at 12:30 p.m. and the study starts at 1.

The South program will be at Congregation Ohev Tzedek, 5245 Glenwood Ave., Boardman. Sessions will be at 2 p.m. Oct. 21 and Nov. 11 on the subject, “The Upcoming Sabbath Readings.” Future meetings will be decided at this time.
