Fund set up to help Trumbull boy injured at Scrappers game

YOUNGSTOWN — A fund has been set up through Cortland Banks to help defray the medical expenses for 4-year-old Luke Holko of Mecca Township, who was struck in his head by a foul ball at a Mahoning Valley Scrappers game Wednesday night.

The child, listed today in critical condition in the intensive care unit at Akron Children’s Hospital’s main campus in Akron, suffered a fractured skull, which has caused swelling near his brain stem.
