CF golf scramble announced

READY TO TEE OFF: Northern Ohio Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation will sponsor its 5th annual Tee Off to Cure CF golf scramble Sept. 13 at Candywood Golf Course in Vienna. Play will begin at 1:30 p.m. The cost is $80 per person ($320 a foursome) and includes golf, lunch, and dinner provided by Outback Steakhouse of Niles. Golfers with a hole-in-one will have the opportunity to win a 2-year car lease from Saturn of 422 or a $10,000 shopping spree from Adamas Jewelry in Boardman. Hole sponsorships are available. Proceeds will be used for CF research. Prepared to participate in the event are from left, Melissa Rowland, Joe Falleti, Dr. Ed Novosel and Dan Rowland, event co-chairmen.
