Library head speaks to Rotarians about Issue 6

YOUNGSTOWN — At the Oct. 21 meeting of the Youngstown Rotary Club, member Carlton Sears, who is director of the Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County, spoke to fellow members in support of Issue 6, the 1-mill 5 year renewal levy ballot issue.

He said that budget reductions have led to layoffs, pay cuts and reduced hours of operation.
