Breaking the mold to defeat breast cancer

Frank Czopor, an employee of Extreme Caster Service in Hermitage, Pa., works on a mold that will be used in a continuous caster in a steel mill. To increase awareness of breast cancer, employees at the company painted the mold pink and signed names of relatives (see close-up at right) who had the disease.
