MAHONING COUNTY

Austintown: 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday.

Beaver: 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday.

Boardman: 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, The Shops at Boardman Park. Children 12 and under can pick up a trick-or-treat bag from any costumed character along the sidewalk and trick or treat at all shops stores. Free hayrides, games and petty zoo, to right of Target store, weather permitting from 5 to 8 p.m.

Boardman: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Children are invited to trick or treat at Southern Park Mall and may go store to store collecting candy at stores that have an orange pumpkin flier posted in their storefront window. Trick-or- treat bags are available at guest services in the center court.

Boardman: 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday.

Boardman: 6 to 7 p.m. Saturday, Trunk or Treat at Boardman Park.

Campbell: 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday.

Canfield: 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday. Trick or Eat at the Gazebo in the Canfield Green. Enjoy some family fun before your child’s night of trick-or-treating. Music, games, free candy, free food and free beverages. This is a community event open to everyone with activities planned for the whole family, making this Halloween a special day for your family and friends. There will be a prize for the best costume as well.

Canfield/Canfield Township: 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday.

Coitsville: 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday.

Craig Beach Village: 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday.

Greenford: 6 p.m. today. Halloween parade and judging at South Range Middle School, Route 165. The judging will begin at 6 p.m. and the parade will follow to the fire station. There also will be a decorated pumpkin contest.

Lowellville: 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday.

Jackson Township: 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday.

New Middletown: 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday.

New Middletown: 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, Halloween parade and party sponsored by New Middletown Volunteer Fire & Emergency Squad. Parade line-up is at the plaza at 12:45 p.m. Party follows the parade at Springfield Local Elementary School.

North Lima: 6 p.m. today. Beaver Township Park Board sponsors a Kids Halloween Party for township youth at Woodworth Park on Luther Avenue, off East Western Reserve Road between Market Street and Southern Boulevard. The event will include treats, a pumpkin hunt and refreshments for those age 12 and younger. Participants should bring flashlights for the pumpkin hunt. There is no cost to attend.

Poland Township/Village: 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday.

Springfield Township: 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday.

Struthers: 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday.

Youngstown: 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday. Youngstown: 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday. Bethel Church of God in Christ, 3147 Glenwood Ave., will have a neighborhood Hallelujah Fest. Free hot dogs, candy and juice with live music. All children are invited.

Youngstown: 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday. City police are combining safety and fun into one party on Halloween night. Police Chief Jimmy Hughes and the Citizen’s Police will host a Halloween party at the Youngstown Police Department Training Center, 1639 Mahoning Ave. Children age 4 through 12 are invited to attend. Children must be accompanied by an adult. There will be games, prizes, refreshments and a puppet show. McGruff the crime dog will also be in attendance. Police are accepting donations such as hot dogs, buns, juice, soda, chips, candy and prizes. For more information or to make a donation, contact Detective Sgt. TRUMBULL COUNTY

Brookfield Township: 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday.

Girard: 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday.

Howland: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday.

Hubbard: 1:45 p.m. Friday, annual Roosevelt Elementary School Fall Harvest Parade. Special guests will be Pete and Penny Penguin from Youngstown State University, the Hubbard Eagle mascot and members of Hubbard High School Marching Band. Parade route will begin on Orchard Avenue proceeding to Stewart Avenue and ending on School Street.

Hubbard Township: 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday.

Kinsman: 6 to 7:30 p.m. Saturday.

Liberty: 10 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday. Halloween parade, Liberty Wal-Mart, Goldie Road. Kids 12 and younger trick-or-treat in the store, pictures in costumes, cookie decorating, drawings for Wal-Mart gift cards.

Liberty: 3 p.m. Saturday. Little Ghost & Goblin Gathering, Church Hill Park, magic, stories, treats.

Liberty: 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday.

Lordstown: 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday.

Niles: 3 to 5 p.m. Saturday.

Warren: 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday.

Weathersfield: 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday.

COLUMBIANA COUNTY

Columbiana: 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday.

East Palestine: 6 to 7 p.m. Saturday.

Leetonia: 7 p.m. today. Annual Halloween parade. Line up at Elm and Main streets. Refreshments for all participants. Prizes awarded for first, second and third place for newborns to age 7 and 8 to 15.

Leetonia: 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday.

Lisbon: 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday.

New Waterford: Parade at 5 p.m. Saturday, trick-or-treat from 5:30 to 7 p.m.

Salem: 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday.

Salem: 6 p.m. today Halloween parade sponsored by the Sons of AMVETS Post 45. Parade participants line up at 5:30 p.m. at city hall. The police-led parade will begin on Broadway and end on Lincoln Avenue to the nearby Kent State Salem City Center, where there will be a party. The Post 45 Drill Team/Color Guard will take part along with the Salem High School Band. Costumes will be judged, and there will be a $50 prize for the best of the show.

LAWRENCE COUNTY

Bessemer: 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday.

Mahoning: 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday.

New Castle: 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday.

North Beaver: 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday.

Union: 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday.
