The Greenstar North America recycling materials recovery facility will be built along the south side of U.S. Route 224 just east of the Quarry Road intersection in Poland Township, with access to it only from U.S. Route 224. The facility will not be built in Poland Township Park, the site of the ceremonial groundbreaking, as was reported in a story that appeared on B1 of Tuesday’s editions.

The Mahoning Youngstown Community Action Partnership will begin to schedule appointments for the Emergency Home Energy Assistance Program through its Interactive Voice Response system beginning Thursday. A headline on Page B3 of Tuesday’s Vindicator incorrectly stated, “Interviews for Emergency HEAP help to begin Thursday.”
