BAZAARS

• United Methodist Women of East Fairfield United Methodist Church, 45675 state Route 558, near New Waterford, will have their annual Bazaar and Rummage Sale from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Nov. 3. A soup and sandwich luncheon will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

• Kinsman Presbyterian Church on Church Street will have a bazaar and turkey dinner on Nov. 7. The Attic Booth will open at 11 a.m., and at noon Ye Old Emporium, Candyland, Bake Shoppe and Senior Citizens Booth will open. Turkey dinners will be served from 1 to 5 p.m. The cost is $8 for adults, $4.50 for children 4 to 11 and free for those 3 and under. For more information, call (330) 876-4485.

• Zion Hill Church, 14550 New Buffalo Road, Columbiana, will sponsor a bazaar and rummage sale from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. Lunch will be available.

BINGO, CARD PARTIES

• St. Joseph Men’s Club will sponsor a Texas Hold’em Nov. 7 at the social hall, 4565 New Road, Austintown, where registration will begin at 5 p.m. Admission is $70 and includes free food. • St. Jude Parish, 180 Seventh St., Columbiana, will sponsor a super bingo Sunday. Doors open at 12:30 p.m. for early birds, lunch and seating; games begin at 2. The $25 cost includes daubers, coffee and pop, cards (specials are sold separately) and a chance to win $3,400 in cash prizes, including a $1,000 guaranteed coverall. There will be a lunch counter and a bake sale.

• St. Lucy’s Infant Jesus of Prague Guild will sponsor a luncheon/card/bingo social at 11 a.m. Sunday at the parish center, 394 Tenney Ave., Campbell. The doors will open at 11 a.m., and luncheon will be served from noon to 1:30 p.m.

• T.N.R. of Warren is sponsoring a vendor bingo from 6-9:30 p.m. Nov. 7 at Crest Lanes Bowling Alley Banquet Room, 3390 Youngstown Road S.E., in Warren, Admission is $5 for 1 bingo card and a chance at a door prize. Additional bingo sheets are $1 each or a donation of supplies (Purina Cat Chow, scoopable cat litter, small foam plates, plastic spoons, tall kitchen garbage bags and cat toys.) For each additional item you take, you’ll receive one extra bingo card. Vendor booths will be open from 6-7:15, and bingo begins at 7:15. Vendors will all donate a portion of sales to T.N.R. of Warren.

CRAFT SHOWS

• Leo Club will have an early bird craft show from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Sebring Community Center, 300 W. Texas Ave. There will be coffee and doughnuts for breakfast, and lunch will be available from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. For information, call Elva Summers at (330) 938-2347.

• Sharpsville Elementary School PTO will sponsor a craft show and Chinese auction from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Nov. 7 at the school, 100 Hittle Drive, Sharpsville. Hot lunches will be available. Admission is $1, and proceeds will benefit the students.

FLEA MARKETS

• The Saxon Ladies Branch 22 Flea Market will take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 3 at the Youngstown Saxon Club Ballroom, 710 S. Meridian Road.

FUNDRAISERS

• Charlie’s Angels of St. Charles Church in Boardman will have its 2nd annual Fall Harvest of Vendors from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Nov. 7 in St. Charles Social Hall on Route 224. Admission and parking are free. There will be a Chinese auction, a 50-50 raffle and refreshments. Take a canned food item and receive a free ticket for the Chinese auction.

NIGHT AT THE RACES

• Rodef Sholom Brotherhood will present a Night at the Races at the temple, 1119 Elm St., on Nov. 14 as a fundraiser for the temple. Gates open at 7 p.m., and post time is 7:45. Admission is $15 to sponsor a horse, naming rights and a light supper or $10 general admission and a light supper of deli sandwiches, wine, beer and soft drinks. SALES

• Grace Lutheran Church Women will have a fall sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 7 at the church, 162 S. Raccoon Road, Austintown. Items will include household items, clothing, books, games, toys and treasures given by church members. Also featured will be a bake sale, and the kitchen will be open all day with homemade vegetable soup, pie and sandwiches. A bag sale will begin at 12:30 p.m. Proceeds are partly given by Thrivent Lutheran and profits go to local charities.

• Martin Luther Lutheran Church, 420 Clearmount Drive, Youngstown, will have its 23rd annual Trash ’N Treasure Sale at the church from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 7 (half-price after 2 p.m.) For more information, call (330) 788-8707.

• Mount Olivet United Church of Christ, 410 W. South Range Road, North Lima, is having its annual fall rummage sale Nov. 5, 6 and 7 at the church. Hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Nov. 5, bake sale day; 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Nov. 6, half-price day; and 9 a.m. to noon Nov 7, $1 a bag day. Lunch will be served on Thursday and Friday.
