Interact club members participate in project

Special to The Vindicator NO TRICKS, JUST TREATS: Thirty members of Fitch Interact Club, with help from the club sponsor, the Rotary Club of Austintown, created 100 treat bags to be distributed to children at the Hope House of Youngstown. Among those involved in providing the Happy Halloween treats for the youngsters are, from left, kneeling, Miranda DeFurio and Liana DeFurio, and in back, Brandon Rivello, Zarek Bell, Sara Guittar, and Mariah DeFurio. During a recent meeting Eric Bohr, manager of Walgreen’s on Meridian at Mahoning Avenue, challenged members to get involved in the Dec. 18 Christmas party on Lexington Avenue for residents of the No Limits and Ginnette Alternative Centers.
