Catholic Charities seeks food baskets for needy

YOUNGSTOWN — Catholic Charities Regional Agency, 2401 Belmont Ave., seeks baskets of food for Thanksgiving dinners for those in need. Gift cards to local grocery stores will also be accepted.

In tough economic times, many families will not be able to partake in a Thanksgiving holiday meal because of their financial downturn. Catholic Charities Regional Agency (Belmont office) would like to take some holiday happiness to these families by providing a turkey or ham dinner with all the trimmings for as many Mahoning County families as possible this year.
