Library funding forum

HUBBARD — An open forum to discuss library funding has been scheduled for 7 p.m. Wednesday in the meeting room at the Hubbard Public Library.

Patrons will have their questions answered.

Also, library hours will change beginning Nov. 1, and volunteers have responded to help with many tasks at the library.
