Apple Butter Fest is stirring event

LAKE MILTON — The public is invited to come and help stir things up Saturday at the sixth annual Apple Butter Fest to be sponsored by Lake Milton Presbyterian Church, 942 Grandview Road.

The apple butter will be made in a copper kettle over an open fire, and will be sold along with a variety of baked apple treats such as dumplings, pie, cookies and candy. Also sold will be sausage sandwiches, hot dogs, funnel cakes, hot soup and beverages.
