FRANK DIVITO*

Age: 49

Education: Bachelor of science degree in computer science from Westminster College, 1982; graduate of Poland Seminary High School, 1978.

Employment: Chief information officer for Jameson Health System.

Family: wife, Annette; 3 children.

Priority: To ensure financial stability going forward and continue the school system’s tradition and success.

LAURA A. STACY*

Age: 70

Home: 8172 Kansas Road.

Education: High school graduate with three years of college-level business study.

Employment: Retired.

Family: Two children.

Priority: To provide a good education by hiring the “most competent personnel.” She cited monitoring test scores and other accomplishments as important.

LARRY DINOPOULOS

Age: 46

Home: 8570 Shady Glenn Trail.

Education: Case Western Reserve University DDS, 1987; bachelor of science degree from Case Western Reserve University, 1985; 1981 graduate of Poland Seminary High School.

Employment: Private practice dentist.

Family: Wife, Louise; three children.

Priority: To provide the public with consistent strategies and policies for the board to follow without outside influence. He specified academics, activities and administration as areas in which he would provide those strategies and policies.

RICHARD “BEAU” WEAVER

Age: 49

Education: Bachelor of science degree in business administration from Ashland University, 1982; graduate of Poland Seminary High School, 1978.

Employment: Consumer product sales customer executive, Hormel Foods.

Family: Wife, Dianna, two children.

Priority: To improve communication through a “comprehensive” Web site. To be a visible board member at community events. To bridge a “disconnect” between leadership and residents of Poland.
