Skate Zone’s Halloween Night to benefit Make-A-Wish kids

AUSTINTOWN — Skate Zone Family Fun Center, 5420 Mahoning Ave., will host a Halloween Family Night from 6-9 p.m. Oct. 23 to raise funds for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Greater Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana, Northeast Ohio Region.

Skate Zone operators hope to raise more than $2,500 to support the heartfelt wish of an Austintown child.

During the event, Skate Zone will donate to Make-A-Wish $1 from every single activity purchased, $2 from every single-person $10 pass purchased, or $4 from every $34.99 Family Pass purchased.

In addition to “glow skating,” guests will enjoy great music, food specials, a Halloween costume contest for kids up to 12 years old, and many other games and prizes.

The Make-A-Wish Foundation grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy.
