POLAND — Abbey Chandler and Erin Gabriel each scored for the Poland High soccer team, which blanked Lakeview 2-0 on Monday.
Tatum Marucci had an assist for Poland (11-1-2), which outshot Lakeview 21-3. Bulldogs goalie Abbie Frank had three saves.
Lakeview (8-4-2) goalie Elaine Moldovan had 12 saves and backup Casey Boldt delivered three.

HOWLAND — Kaley Shales scored both goals for Shaker Heights (12-2-1). Lizzie Goldsmith and Hannah Thompson had assists and goalkeeper Alissa Poolpol made six saves.

BOARDMAN — Katlen Kubeck’s goal on Kaitlyn Williamson’s assist lifted West Branch into the tie.
Heather Hughes and Danielle Petrus each had goals for Boardman (10-4-1) while Briana Harris made an assist.
Alex Long scored West Branch’s other goal.
