Jodi Cowdery, 36, of West 6th Street, East Liverpool, possession of drugs.

Robert E. McClimmans, 43, of Kingston Street, breaking and entering, and failure to comply with the signal of a police officer.

Charles C. Bramel, 54, of state Route 62, Beloit, felonious assault with firearm specifications.

Joseph Moreland, 27, of Leyton Street, Boardman, Dontrail Burkes, 19, of Judson Avenue, and Sharon Moreland, 42, of Idlewood Avenue, felonious assault, obstructing official business, illegal possession of a firearm, carrying concealed weapons, trafficking in marijuana and retaliation.

Thomas Butcher, 58, Stillwagon Road, Warren, possession of cocaine.

Jaton Carter, 35, North Bruce Street, possession of cocaine.

Anthony Blaylock, 26, East Judson, endangering children, domestic violence and felonious assault.

Tearra Dates, 26, East Judson, permitting child abuse.

Jabrae Perry, 32, Steel Street, domestic violence and obstructing official business.

Kenneth Roxby, 56, of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, breaking and entering.

Mark Dailey, 23, of East Calla Road, New Middletown, possession of heroin.

Aura C. Adams III, 46, of Ohio Avenue, theft.

Zachary T. Fowler, 22, of Salem-Grange Road, Salem, burglary and theft.

Stephen E. Hogan, 40, of Forsythe Ave., Girard, receiving stolen property.

Jerry Perry, 39, of Idlewood Avenue, and Braylon Richardson, 21, of Idlewood Avenue, felonious assault, improperly discharging a firearm at or into a habitation, carrying a concealed weapon.

Anita Paige, 19, of Mistletoe Avenue or Hollywood Drive, burglary.

Joel Ragan, 37, 6th Street, Struthers, domestic violence.

Herman A. Tony, also known as Rocky Collins, 52, of North Fork Road, Metamora Ill., theft, tampering with evidence and identity fraud.

Raymond Spires, 53, of Salt Springs Road, domestic violence.

Ronald Baldwin, 33, of New Road, North Jackson, receiving stolen property and forgery.

David Rowbotham, 33, North Edgehill Road, Austintown, felonious assault and extortion.

Scott F. Chittock, 40, Akron-Canfield Road, Berlin Center, intimidation.

Nino U. Carosella, 28, of East Calla Road, New Middletown, identity fraud, forgery, forgery and misuse of a credit card.

Megan McLaughlin, 24, of East Garfield Road, Petersburg, identity fraud and misuse of a credit card.
