DETAILED WORK: A highlight of the Sept. 23 meeting of Youngstown Rotary Club was a talk by Richard Marsico, at right, Mahoning County engineer, who spoke about current and upcoming road projects in the area. He reviewed road work being completed throughout the county under Federal Stimulus plans and told of the proposed revamping of the intersection at Mathews and Sheridan roads. Sharing a moment with the guest speaker is, at left, John Logue, Rotary member and former executive director of the Builders Association.
